[ADAPTING TO ONLINE TEACHING DURING COVID-19: CHALLENGES FACED BY LECTURERS IN PENANG INTERNATIONAL ISLAMIC TECHNOLOGICAL COLLEGE]

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused the largest disruption to education in history, affecting students and teachers around world, from pre-primary secondary schools, universities skills development facilities. All parties educational institutions have taken proactive steps by conducting online classes as well International Islamic Technological College Penang. This research aims know lecturers' strategies carrying out teaching process during their challenges, including technical knowledge facilities available college, how they deal with these challenges. method of this study is qualitative, where researcher conducts interviews lecturers. In addition, paper seeks find view effectiveness period traffic control order. Among problems faced lecturers were lack choosing most appropriate learning platforms, Internet problems, a longer time prepare materials. result also indicated that competence integrating technology into process. Although encountered tried learn colleagues, practiced several times before real took place some managed create YouTube channel, try new apps such Quizizz Padlet, attending webinars. useful for identifying training courses mastering line government's objectives Malaysian Education Development Plan help continuing professional raising efficiency students.
 تسببت جائحة كوفيد-19 في أكبر انقطاع للتعليم التاريخ حيث يؤثر على الطلاب والمعلّمين حول العالم من مرحلة ما قبل التعليم الابتدائي إلى المدارس الثانوية والجامعات ومنشآت تنمية المهارات. فاتخذ جميع الأطراف والمؤسسات التعليمية خطوات استباقية خلال إجراء دروس عبر الإنترنت وكذلك الكلية الإسلامية التكنولوجية العالمية بينانج. يهدف هذا البحث معرفة إستراتيجيات المحاضرين القيام بعملية التدريس أثناء الجائحة وتحدياتهم تشمل فيها المعرفة التقنية والتسهيلات المتوفرة وكيف يتعاملون مع هذه التحديات. منهج الدراسة منهجا كيفيا تقوم الباحثة بإجراء المقابلات المحاضرين. ويضاف هذا، يسعى وجهة نظر تجاه فعالية فترة أمر مراقبة الحركة. بين المشاكل التي واجهها المحاضرون نقص المهارات الفصول الدراسية وفي اختيار أنسب منصات التعلم، ومشاكل الإنترنت، ووقت أطول لإعداد المواد التعليمية. وأشارت النتيجة أيضا أنّ يفتقرون الكفاءة تكامل التكنولوجيا عملية التدريس. الرغم أنهم واجهوا مشاكل، حاول التعلم زملائهم، ومارسوا عدة مرات الحقيقية وتمكن بعض إنشاء قناة يوتيوب (YouTube)، وجربوا تطبيقًا جديدًا مثل كويز إيز(Quizizz) وبيدلت (Padlet) وحضور الندوات (Webinar). والنتيجة مفيدة لتحديد الدورات التدريبية المناسبة للمحاضرين إتقان بما يتماشى أهداف الحكومة خطة تطوير الماليزية تساعد التطوير المهني المستمر ورفع كفاءة الطلاب.
